The name of this railway station built in Bangalore is Sir M. Visvesvaraya Terminal. This station is spread over 4200 sqm and it cost Rs 314 crore to build this fully centralize AC. Up to 50 thousand people will be able to travel easily at this station. There is also a footover bridge and two subways at this new terminal, which connects to all platforms.

There are 7 platforms build at the Sir M. Visvesvaraya Terminal. Apart from this, there are also facilities for escalators and lifts. Every day 50 trains will be traveling from this station. The lounge will also have a Time Passenger Information System (PIS), and along with this a superb food court has also been build where you can eat the food and breakfast of your choice.
