PM inaugurates museum galleries developed at Jallianwala Bagh memorial site in Amritsar
Referring to the ‘Amrit Mahotsav’ being celebrate on the occasion of 75 years of independence. The Prime Minister called, “Let us strengthen the foundation of our nation and proud of it. The Amrit Mahotsav of Azadi is going ahead with this resolve today”. Earlier, the Prime Minister also inaugurated some museum galleries developed at the Jallianwala Bagh memorial site in Amritsar. Four museum galleries have created to ensure optimal re-use of buildings that have been lying defunct and underutilized for a long time. According to the Prime Minister’s Office, these galleries show the special historical significance of various events that happened in Punjab during that period. Presentation is arrange through audio-visual technology to showcase these events. Including mapping and 3D illustration as well as art and sculpture installations.
