More than 31 lakh doses given on Monday.

The Union Health Ministry said that more than 31 lakh doses of corona virus vaccine were administered on Monday. With this, the total number of doses of Covid vaccine injected in the country has crossed 23.59 crore. On Monday, 16,07,531 beneficiaries in the age group of 18-44 years were given the first dose while 68,661 people in the same age group were given the second dose, the ministry said. 3,02,45,100 people in this age group have given the first dose and 2,37,107 people have given the second dose in the states and union territories since the start of the third phase of the vaccination campaign on May 1, the ministry said.

23.59 crore doses of Covid vaccines have administered.

Bihar, Delhi, Gujarat, Haryana, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal have given the first dose of COVID vaccine to more than 10 lakh beneficiaries in the age group of 18-44 years, the ministry said. . A total of 23.59 crore doses of Covid vaccines have administered in the country. These include 99,81,949 health workers who have taken the first dose and 68,76,906 health workers who have taken the second dose. According to the ministry, 1,62,99,343 frontline personnel have given the first dose while 86,96,391 such personnel have given the second dose.
