Sachin Tendulkar said on Saturday that he has recovered from Covid-19 and will do so whenever he is eligible to donate plasma. Sachin Tendulkar, who was celebrating his 48th birthday on Saturday, was found positive for Covid-19 on March 27 and was also hospitalized for some time as a precaution.
Tendulkar gave the message on his Twitter handle.
Sachin Tendulkar said in the video released on his Twitter handle, “I would like to give a message that the doctors have asked me to give. I inaugurated the plasma donation center and their message was, if plasma is given at the right time, the patient can recover quickly. He said, “I will donate it personally when I become qualified and I have spoken to my physicians.” ”
Tendulkar asked people to help others by donating plasma.
Tendulkar was discharge from the hospital on 8 April and was at home on segregation. The plasma donor should not have any symptoms till 14 days before donating it. The veteran batsman asked those recovering from Covid-19 to help others by donating plasma. He said, “And whatever you have overcome from Covid-19, consult your doctor and when you become eligible, please donate blood.” This can solve a lot of problems. “Tendulkar said,” We know how many problems our family and friends have to face as long as we stay sick.

Tendulkar also thanked the doctors for keeping him positive during the treatment. He said, “Thank you for the birthday wishes.” It really made my day. The last one month has been very difficult for me.
