Vicky Kaushal told that, ‘This is the scene where Richa Chadha goes to a brothel in the role of Nagma Khatoon. At the last minute, all the junior actors we met in Banaras. He refused to take part in that scene. When they came to know that it was a brothel. Because all the extras backfired. So the entire direction team had to stand up for it.

Describing his scene, Vicky said, ‘I was that shadow, which you can see behind the grill of the window. While overacting, Nagma Khatoon aka Richa Chadha is cursing Sardar Khan aka Manoj Bajpayee. This was the first time I faced the camera.
