Chemical gas leaks into the LG polymer industry RR Venkatapuram village. Currently, the leakage of gas has controlled. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has called an emergency meeting of NDMA regarding the incident. Union Home Ministers Amit Shah and Rajnath Singh are also present in the meeting.
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has left for the hospital to meet the sick. There has been an atmosphere of chaos in the area since the incident. Five villages around the company have evacuated.
