The infection of Coronavirus in India is increasing continuously and in view of this a new guideline has issued by the Central Government regarding Covid-19 patients. According to the new guideline issued by the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, patients with mild symptoms will remain at home and patients have advised to wear triple layer masks.

  • Home isolation is allow for elderly patients on the advice of the doctor.
  • Patients with mild symptoms will stay at home, for which proper ventilation is necessary.
  • Advise the patient to wear a triple layer mask.
  • Advise the patient to take more and more liquid.
  • If patients who have HIV, who have transplanted or are suffering from cancer, then home isolation will allowed only after the advice of the doctor.
  • Asymptomatic and mild-symptomatic patients, whose oxygen saturation is more than 93%, are allow home isolation.
  • Mild and asymptomatic patients living in home isolation will have to be in constant touch with the control room at the district level. Who can get them tested and hospital beds in time if need.
  • The patient is prohibited from taking steroids. Apart from this, it is also forbidden to do CT scan and chest X-ray without the advice of the doctor.
  • After being positive, staying in home isolation for 7 days and no fever for 3 days in a row. The home isolation will be considered over and there will no need for re-test.

The number of corona patients increased by 56 percent in 24 hours

According to the report released by the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare on Wednesday.
