An FIR was lodged against five people including Baba Ramdev, these allegations were made

Baba Ramdev has once again come into controversy over the Corona virus drug “Coronil”. Baba Ramdev, Acharya Balkrishna, Scientist of Patanjali Research Institute, Anurag Varshney, Dr. BS Tomar, Chairman, National Institute of Medical Science (NIMS), Heejipur. Against all this, First Information Report (FIR) has filed in two different police stations of the city. In both of these reports, Baba Ramdev and four others have accused of fraud, conspiracy and many other charges.

On the other hand, The Rajasthan Medical Department is preparing to start testing the products of Patanjali and Divya Pharmacy. After stopping the sale of coronil, the state medical minister Dr. Raghu Sharma again said on Saturday that Baba Ramdev has committed a crime. Clinical trial of the drug without the government’s permission is wrong. He said that if necessary, Then strict steps will taken against them.

Baba Ramdev will go to jail if medicine is sold in the state. Dr. Sharma has directed the authorities to seek clarification in this matter from the administrators of the hospital of Nimes University and take action as required. On the other hand, the team of Jaipur Police is considering to visit the headquarters of Patanjali and Divya Pharmacy in Haridwar in connection with the investigation. Before this the team will inquire with the managers of Nims University and its hospital.

First, FIR has registered at Jyotinagar police station in Jaipur. Jaipur resident advocate Balram Jakhar lodged. He said in the FIR that two others, including Baba Ramdev, Acharya Balkrishna and Dr. BS Tomar, tried to earn crores of rupees by conspiring and propagating coronil as corona drug. It is a crime. According to the Epidemic Act, no one can try or test such a drug without the permission of the government and ICMR.

Jakhar has filed a case under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 4 and 7 of the Drugs and Miracle Remedies (Objectionable Advertisement) Act, 1954. Jyotinagar police station officer Sudhir Kumar Upadhyay said that an FIR has registered in the case of misleading propagation of Coronil. Both Patanjali and Nims will examined.

The second FIR has lodged in the Gandhi Nagar Police Station on the basis of the complaint presented by Dr. Sanjeev Gupta on June 23. Investigating officer of this case, Dharmendra Kumar, told that investigation of the case is going on. At the same time, Dr. Narottam Sharma, Jaipur District Chief Medical Officer, has sought information from the hospital of Nims University in this matter.

It noteworthy that on the instructions of the District Chief Medical Officer. patients with low or no symptoms of corona admitted to the hospital of Nims University. Baba Ramdev and others had said that clinical trials of medicine should be done on the patients admitted in this hospital.
