Coronavirus : The outbreak of the third wave of coronavirus in India has now reduced a lot. For the second consecutive day, less than 20 thousand new cases of corona have been registered. In the last 24 hours, 16,051 new corona cases came in the country and 206 infected people lost their lives. Whereas a day before this, 19 thousand 968 new cases of corona had come and 673 people had lost their lives. The good thing is that in the last 24 hours, 37 thousand 901 people have also been cured of corona, that is, 22 thousand active cases have been reduced.
Active cases are 2 lakh 2 thousand 131.
Since the beginning of the corona epidemic, a total of 4 crore 28 lakh 38 thousand 524 people have been infected. Out of these, 5 lakh 12 thousand people have died. So far 4 crore 21 lakh 24 thousand people have also been cured. The number of corona active cases in the country is less than 3 lakhs. A total of 2 lakh 2 thousand 131 people are still infected with the corona virus, who are undergoing treatment.
So far 175 crore 46 lakh 25 thousand vaccine doses have been given.
The Union Health Ministry said that till February 20, 2022, 175 crore 46 lakh 25 thousand doses of corona vaccine have been given across the country. 7 lakh vaccines were administered on the last day. At the same time, according to the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), about 76 crore corona tests have been done so far. About 12 lakh corona sample tests were done on the last day.
The recovery rate from Coronavirus is 98.33 percent.
The death rate from corona in the country is 1.20 percent while the recovery rate is 98.33 percent. Active cases are 0.47 percent. India is now ranked 35th in the world in terms of Corona Active Cases. India ranks second in terms of the total number of infected. Whereas after America and Brazil, India has the highest number of deaths.
