Coronavirus : In India, 1,109 new cases of coronavirus were reported in the last 24 hours on Friday, while 1,033 cases of corona were registered on Thursday. This information was given by the Union Health Ministry. 43 people have died in a day, taking the total number of deaths to 5,21,573.

The number of corona cases decreased to 11,492.

The number of active corona cases in India has come down to 11,492. The positivity rate in the country is 0.03 percent. In the last 24 hours, 1,213 patients were cured in the country, due to which the number of patients recovering has increased to 4,25,00,002. India’s recovery rate is 98.76 percent.

So far 79.29 crore tests of coronavirus have been done.

A total of 4,53,582 corona tests were conducted across the country. With this, 79.29 crore tests of corona have been done so far. The weekly positivity rate in the country is currently 0.23 percent, while the daily positivity rate is 0.24 percent. India’s corona vaccination coverage has crossed 185.38 crores till Friday morning. This has been achieved through 2,23,73,869 sessions. Since the start of the vaccination campaign for this age group, more than 2.11 crore adolescents have been given the first dose of corona vaccine.
