Delhi School Reopen : Schools for classes 9 to 12 will open from September 01 while schools for classes 6 to 8 will start from September 08.

Delhi School Reopen : Classes 6 to 12 will open in Delhi, class 9th to 12th will start from September 1. It will be mandatory to follow the necessary Corona precautions in schools right now.

Delhi School Reopen : Schools for class 9 to 12 will open from September 01

Delhi School Reopen : In view of the decreasing cases of corona infection. Now the Delhi government has also decided to open schools. Today in the meeting, the Delhi Disaster Management Department has decided to open the schools in different phases. Schools for classes 9 to 12 will open from September 01 while schools for classes 6 to 8 will start from September 08.

Delhi School Reopen : Schools of primary classes should opened in the third phase.

The expert committee constituted by the Delhi Disaster Management Authority in its report had suggested to the Delhi government that schools should reopened in several phases. In the first phase, schools will be opened for senior classes and in the second phase schools will be opened for classes 6 to 8. Schools of primary classes should be opened in the third phase.

Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal had earlier said that-

The government is contemplating reopening the schools at the earliest. But a final decision will taken only after consulting all the stakeholders. He had said, “There has been a mixed experience of states that have reopened schools. We are monitoring the situation and will take a decision soon.”

Several states had decided to reopen schools in July and August.

On August 06, Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal had asked officials to constitute an expert panel to deliberate on reopening schools in Delhi. Several states have decided to reopen schools in July and August, but the expert panel had suggested that Delhi should take more time and reopen schools in a phased manner from September. The committee had also suggested a cap of 50 per cent on the number of students who can appear.
