Know that these helicopters of the Air Force will shower flowers at the venue in Amrit Formation. The first helicopter will be captained by Wing Commander Baldev Singh Bisht, while the second helicopter will be commanded by Wing Commander Nikhil Mehrotra.
Independence Day 2021 : Multilayer security at Red Fort
In this celebration of independence, keeping in mind that the enemies should not be able to disturb in any way, this year, arrangements have been made for multi-layer security at the Red Fort. The responsibility of security of Red Fort lies in the hands of NSG, SPG, Paramilitary Force personnel and Delhi Police. More than 40 thousand security personnel have been deployed around the Red Fort.
NSG commandos have deployed at 30 points around the Red Fort.
To deal with any kind of drone threat, 9 anti-drone systems have deployed around the Red Fort. NSG commandos have deployed at 30 points around the Red Fort. NSG snipers are also deploy with state-of-the-art weapons at 15 locations. 5 air defense guns are also deploy near the Red Fort and every road coming within a radius of 9 km of the Red Fort will closely monitored.
At the same time, the corona protocol is being follow continuously for the last 2 years. Like last time, even today the number of guests attending the program of independence has kept only 1500.
The whole country is celebrating this celebration of independence unitedly with passion.
