America’s leading automaker Jeep, famous for manufacturing Sports Utility Vehicles (SUVs), is all set to launch the new Compass Trailhawk in the Indian market. Ahead of its launch in India, Jeep dealers have started taking pre-orders for the new Trailhawk at Rs 50,000. The 2022 Jeep Compass Trailhawk is expect to launched in the first week of March 2022.
The 2022 Jeep Compass Trailhawk is based on the facelifted version of the Compass. However, it comes with advanced off-roading capabilities. The new model comes with all the features available in the top-spec Model S variant of the Compass.
How will the look and design be?
The 2022 Jeep Compass Trailhawk variant will see several design changes and the interiors will also be upgraded. However, its current engine setup will be retained. The SUV gets newly designed headlamps and new diamond cut alloy wheels. New bumpers can found for better approach and departure angle.
The new Compass Trailhawk comes with blacked-out A, B and C-pillars. It will get black decals on the hood and window beltline and red treatment on the roof and roof rails. At the rear, there will be 4×4 and Trailhawk badging.

Interior and features.
In terms of interiors and features, the new trail-rated Compass gets a new 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system. Which has Uconnect 5 software with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay and voice recognition support. It comes with a new dashboard design with soft touch leather stitching. It gets a new instrument console, a multi-functional steering wheel, 360-degree parking camera, ventilated seats, connected car tech, wireless smartphone charging and many more.
Engine and gearbox.
The 2022 Jeep Compass Trailhawk gets a 2.0-litre Multijet diesel engine. This engine generates power of 170 bhp and peak torque of 350 Nm. A 9-speed automatic gearbox is available with this engine. Which sends power to all four wheels through an Active Drive 4×4 system. Rock mode and hill descent control have also given in this SUV.
