Motorola took the wraps off the Moto G22 in early March. A few days back, a report had revealed that the handset will debut in India this week. Now the official online retailer of the device has now confirmed the launch date of the phone in the country. Flipkart has revealed that the Motorola Moto G22 will launch in India on April 8. The launch time has not been mention in the teaser page of the smartphone. But looking at Motorola’s launch history in the country, the device will go official at 12 noon. The retailer has also revealed all the features of the handset.
Motorola Moto G22 Price In India
It is not yet known at what price Motorola will sell the Moto G22 in India. But it is expect that its price can between Rs 10,000 to 15,000.
Motorola Moto G22 Specifications
The Moto G22 sports a 6.5-inch punch-hole HD+ display (LCD), which supports up to 90Hz refresh rate. It is powered by MediaTek Helio G37 SoC and boots Android 12 with 3 years of assured security updates.

Motorola Moto G22 Camera
The phone has a quad-camera setup at the back. The system includes a 50MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide unit, a 2MP macro snapper and a 2MP depth sensor. For selfies and video calls, it uses a 16MP shooter that resides inside the punch-hole.
Motorola Moto G22 Battery
The smartphone is splash resistant and has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. It is backed by a 5,000mAh battery and the Indian variant will come with 20W fast charging instead of 15W.
