Redmi Smart TV X55 : Xiaomi recently launched Redmi Smart TV X Series, the first smart TV from Redmi under its sub-brand Redmi. Redmi Smart TV X has been launch in three variants which include 50 inch, 55 inch and 65 inch. All these TVs of Redmi have a 4K HDR LED screen. Apart from this, HDR and Dolby Vision are also support with Android 10. Patchwall UI has also given in Redmi Smart TV X Series. All the TV features are the same, the difference is only the size. Redmi Smart TV X series TVs will be on sale from March 25 from Amazon, Xiaomi’s stores and Mi Home. Redmi Smart TV competes with its brand Mi TV along with other brands.
Redmi Smart TV X Series: Price and Design
Talking about the design, the design of the front panel of the Redmi Smart TV is similar to that of the Mi 4 TV, but you will notice a slight change in the back panel. The ports on the back panel have also been replace. The frame in the TV is quite low and the build quality is good. You can also make small designer stools from the box you get with TV. For this, the box itself has a design that you can cut and make a stool. The TV is slim and slick.

TV can be used in both stand and wall mount methods.
In terms of price, Redmi has increased the market’s competition. There is a difference of about 20 thousand rupees in the price of 55 inch Mi TV QLED itself and 55 inch model of Redmi Smart TV. The 50-inch variant of the Redmi Smart TV X series, that is, the X50 is priced at Rs 32,999, the X55 is priced at Rs 38,999 and the last variant 65 inch X65 is price at Rs 57,999.

All models of Redmi Smart TV X series have support for Dolby Vision and HDR10 +. Apart from this, it has a reality flow which is given for the first time in any TV of Xiaomi. It has a vivid picture engine so that people can get better picture quality. At first glance, the picture quality of TV is excellent. There are no complaints of any kind of cliché or getting stuck in watching 4K videos.
Redmi Smart TV X Series: Software, Speakers & Remote
The TV has Android 10 and also supports Google Assistant with the stock Android TV Launcher. Along with Xiaomi’s other TVs, it also has a patchwall UI. The TV has Google Chromecast inbuilt. Apart from this, the Mi Home app has been supported in this TV which is for Smart Home Device (IoT) i.e. from the TV itself you can control any smart bulb in your room. The TV has a 30 watt speaker. Kids mode is also provided in the TV.
The TV has a 64 bit Quadcore MediaTek processor, 2 GB RAM and 16 GB of storage. There will be no significant change in the remote. There are separate buttons for Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. For gaming, it has Auto Low Lattice Mode (ALLM). Talking about connectivity, the TV has three HDMI 2.1 ports with eARC support. Apart from this, two USB ports, dual band Wi-Fi, optical, 3.5mm audio jack and Bluetooth 5.0 have been given. The TV supports Dolby Audio, Dolby Atmos, eARC and DTS Virtual as the sound format. The TV has a 30 watt speaker, although the voice is weaker than the MI QLED 4K TV.
