Samsung has launched its new models in the market even after the lockdown. In this episode, Samsung is going to start its new foldable phone, Galaxy Fold 2.
Features of the phone
The screen of the phone will be larger than the previous model. But the company will also retain the folding technology in the device while making its form factor. Samsung will work on the manufacturing ring components of this device in May, while it is considering to start mass production in June-July. It can launch in August with the Samsung Galaxy Note 20. Samsung Galaxy Fold has a 4.6-inch screen. The foldable display size of the second generation phone can increase to 7.7 inches as compared to the 7.3 inches of Galaxy fold.
This phone will be available in two models, one being the more affordable 256 GB One and the other a slightly more expensive 512 GB model. The current Galaxy fold has large bezels all around in the external display, but this can reduce with the Galaxy Fold 2. Samsung can offer ultra-thin protective glass layers like Galaxy Z Flip in Galaxy Fold 2, although the weight of the phone can increase due to the glass component.
Phone available in two colors
The Galaxy Fold 2 will be made available in the market in Martian Green and Astro Blue colors along with detaching the S-Pen.
