PM Narendra Modi said that I bow to the brave martyr revolutionary Ramprasad Bismil, Ashfaq Ulla Khan and Roshan Singh, who raised the light of revolution from Kakori and touch their feet. I am fortunate that I got an opportunity to apply the soil here on my forehead. We can never repay the debt of the brave martyrs, but by working hard day and night, we can build the India that our revolutionaries had dreamed of. Today work is starting on UP’s biggest Ganga Expressway. Maa Ganga is the source of all kinds of good luck. Mother Ganga gives all the happiness and takes away our pain. Similarly, Ganga Expressway will open new doors of progress for UP.
UP’s development with double engine government: PM Modi
Prime Minister Modi said that Rs 36,000 crore will spent on the 600 km Ganga Expressway. New jobs will be create by the construction of Ganga Expressway. Along with population, UP is also big in area. The double engine government is showing the strength needed to run such a big UP. The day is not far when UP will recognized as the most modern state.
PM said that laying the network of expressway in UP will bring many benefits.
Ganga Expressway will not only connect eastern and western UP but will also be easy for those going from Delhi to Bihar. With the construction of Ganga Expressway, many industries will come up here. Small scale industries will help in increasing the income of the farmers.

You will remember where public money was use earlier. Earlier, big projects were start because they could fill their coffers. But now the real meaning is development. Now public money is use properly. The power of UP is increasing with the double engine government.

Both farmers and industries will benefit from Ganga Expressway. When the whole of UP grows together, only then the country progresses, so the focus of the double engine government is on the development of UP. We are working wholeheartedly with the mantra of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas and Sabka Prayas.
Prime Minister Modi said that you should remember the old decisions and the way of working.
Now there is no discrimination in UP. Talking about the earlier government, except in some areas of UP, electricity could not be found in other places in UP. 80 lakh electricity connections were given in the BJP government. Many times more electricity is being given than before. Houses were built for the poor. 50 lakh people have got pucca houses in Shahjahanpur alone. Modi-Yogi is working day and night and will continue to do so for those who still have not got the houses of PM Awas Yojana.
PM Modi said that Rs 2 lakh crore was given to build houses for the poor.
Public money is being use for the public. For the first time after independence, a government working for the poor has come. For the first time, such priority is being given to facilities like electricity, water, roads, toilets and gas connections. This has changed the life of the poor and backward. Earlier, if someone needed it, then the people here had to run to Lucknow for treatment. One medical college each is being opened at both Hardoi and Shahjahanpur. Similarly, CM Yogi has opened dozens of medical colleges in UP.
Prime Minister Modi said that small farmers have benefited the most from the money that has reached the account through PM Kisan Samman Nidhi. Now work is also being done on the facility of Kisan Credit Card for them. Earlier the doors of the bank did not open for small farmers.

PM said that these people have a problem with the cleaning campaign of Ganga.
These are the people who put the vaccine made by Indian scientists in the dock. It is a pity that the thinking of these people is not right. When the government works with the right intention, the people of UP have experienced how the results come.
Prime Minister Modi said that earlier what they used to say here that if you have a lamp, then come back home because when the sun was setting, then those waving kattas used to come on the streets. This knife is gone now. Questions arose on the safety of daughters every day. It was difficult even for daughters to go to school. When the businessman left the house, his family used to worry. No one could say when or where there would be a riot, if there would be arson.
Prime Minister Modi said what used to say here earlier that
If you light a lamp, then come back home because when the sun was setting, those waving kattas used to come on the streets. This knife is gone now. Questions arose on the safety of daughters every day. It was difficult even for daughters to go to school. When the merchant used to leave the house, his family used to worry. No one could say when or where there would be a riot, if there would be arson. There were reports of migration from many villages. But under Yogi’s government, a lot of hard work has done to improve the situation. Today, when a bulldozer runs on that mafia, the pain goes to the person who nurtures it. That is why today the people of entire UP are saying – UP Plus Yogi is very useful.
PM said there is a market in Meerut
Sotiganj, anywhere in the country if the car was stolen, it used to go to Sotiganj only to be cut. It was going on like this for decades, the previous governments did not have the courage to take action against those who were its masters. This work was also done by the Yogi government and the administration there. Those who like the company of the mafia, they will speak the language of the mafia. We will praise those who have made this country with their tenacity.
