UP MLC election result 2022 : In the elections held on 36 seats of Uttar Pradesh Legislative Council, SP could not open account while BJP has won 33 seats. BJP had already won unopposed in 9 out of 36 MLC seats in the state.
In Uttar Pradesh, out of 36 Legislative Council (MLC) seats in the local body area, BJP won 33 seats, then SP could not even open its account. All the three candidates who won as independents are from Thakur community. In Varanasi-Chandauli-Bhadohi seat, BJP candidate Dr. Sudama Patel had to defeated by independent candidate Annapurna Singh. Annapurna Mafia is the wife of Brijesh Singh.

Here Akshay Pratap Singh, a close aide of Kunda MLA Raghuraj Pratap Singh alias Raja Bhaiya, has won, who had entered the election fray on the ticket of Raja Bhaiya’s Jansatta Party. Akshay Pratap Singh is consider to Bahubali and is winning continuously from Pratapgarh seat. Like the District Panchayat President, BJP could not register victory in Pratapgarh in the MLC elections too.

UP MLC election result : BJP also lost in Azamgarh
BJP’s third seat has defeated in Azamgarh, where BJP MLC Yashwant Singh rebelled and fielded his son Vikrant Singh as an independent. In Azamgarh MLC seat, BJP had fielded Ramakant Yadav’s son Arunkant Yadav, while SP again played bets on Rakesh Yadav. The BJP expelled Yashwant Singh from the party for six years, but he has managed to get his son to win.
Let us tell you that in the same way, in the assembly elections also, out of the three seats where BJP had forfeited, Thakur was the leader who became MLA in two seats and one was in the main contest. In Kunda seat, Raja Bhaiya won from Jansatta Party and Lucky Yadav won from SP from Jaunpur seat. But here the main contest was from JDU candidate Dhannajay Singh. One such was the Rasra seat of Ballia district, from where BSP’s Umashankar Singh had won.
In the election for the post of District Panchayat President, BJP was beat in Jaunpur and Pratapgarh. In Jaunpur, Dhananjay Singh’s wife had won independent, while in Pratapgarh, Raja Bhaiya had won his close one.

Pragya Tripathi from Bahraich-Shravasti seat, Dinesh Pratap Singh from Rae Bareli, Brijesh Singh Prinshu from Jaunpur, Ratanpal Singh from Deoria-Kushinagar seat, Ramchandra Pradhan from Lucknow-Unnao seat, Angad Kumar Singh from Barabanki, Vijay Shivhare from Agra-Firozabad, Ballia Ravi Shankar Singh Pappu from Prayagraj, Dr KP Srivastava from Prayagraj, Dharmendra Bhardwaj from Meerut, Pawan Singh Chauhan from Sitapur, Vishal Singh Chanchal from Ghazipur, Satpal Saini from Moradabad, CP Chand from Gorakhpur, Shailendra Pratap Singh from Sultanpur, Subhash Yaduvansh from Basti, Farrukhabad Pranshu Dutt from Jhansi, Rama Niranjan from Jhansi, Awadhesh Kumar Singh from Gonda, Hari Om Pandey from Ayodhya, Avinash Singh Chauhan from Fatehpur and Bareilly Maharaj Singh have won.
