PM Narendra Modi will address the public on the occasion of International Yoga Day 2021 on 21st June.
The PM has given this information by tweeting. He wrote that ‘Tomorrow on 21st June we will celebrate 7th Yoga Day. This year’s theme is ‘Yoga for Wellness’, which focuses on practicing yoga for physical and mental wellness. I will address the Yoga Day program tomorrow morning at around 6.30 am.
PM Modi’s address will be shown live on other channels including Doordarshan.

Minister of State for AYUSH Ministry Kiren Rijiju will also interact in this program. Celebrities of their fields will participate in the programs to held at different places across the country.

However, keeping in mind the Corona protocol, only 20 people will attend the program at one place. It is being told that Union Minister of State for Culture and Tourism (Independent Charge) Prahlad Singh Patel will do yoga from 7 am to 7.45 am in the Red Fort complex along with senior officials of the ministry.

On the occasion of Yoga Day, Ministry of Culture, Government of India is organizing Yoga n Indian Heritage program at 75 historical places. Under this, from 75 places across the country, including World Heritage Sites, Monuments, Cultural, Historical Sites.
