Chief Judicial Magistrate Mukesh Kumar dismissed. He said complaint filed by local advocate Sudhir Kumar Ojha stating that the matter was outside the jurisdiction of his Bihar court.
Sudhir Kumar Ojha accused Salman Khan, Karan Johar, Ekta Kapoor, Aditya Chopra and Sanjay Leela Bhansali for abetting Sushant Singh Rajput to suicide. On June 17, Sudhir Kumar Ojha filed the above complaint under sections 306, 109, 504 and 506 of Bhadvi in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate.
After the complaint dismissed, Ojha also reacted to this and said, “I challenge the decision of the Chief Judicial Magistrate before the district court. Bihar is a wave of sorrow over the death of Sushant Singh Rajput. We should try to get them justice. ”
