Under the government Ujjwala scheme, 14.2 kg cylinders and stoves are given to customers. It costs around 3200 rupees and it gets a subsidy of 1600 rupees from the government. While oil marketing companies (OMCs) give 1600 rupees as advance. However, on refilling OMCs, the amount of subsidy is charge as EMI.
