CM Arvind Kejriwal met auto people in Haridwar
Arvind Kejriwal, National Convener of Aam Aadmi Party and Chief Minister of Delhi, addressed a public meeting in Uttarakhand. Kejriwal reached Haridwar today for the Uttarakhand assembly elections to held in 2022. Here he interacted with the auto people. Here he said that an auto driver earns every day. Everyone must have lost a couple of rides to come here today. Why are Delhi’s auto drivers so fond of us? When we entered politics 7-8 years ago, then we got in touch with the auto people. If our government is formed in Delhi, then 70 percent of the contribution is of auto people.
‘We have fixed the entire system in Delhi’
Kejriwal said- At that time in Delhi people used to look at the auto drivers with hatred. They used to call them mafia. When I started talking to the auto people, some people said that the public will turn against you. Police with an auto, RTO gives money to everyone. The laws here are so difficult that an honest auto driver cannot do the job. He further said- I had called a meeting of auto people at Ramlila Maidan, I said that if they were mafia, they would have lived in a big building. Not these but political parties are mafia. I had appealed to the people of Delhi that Ekbar Jeeta Do, the entire people of Delhi will start loving the auto people. We fixed the entire system, formed a fare committee, mostly auto drivers, some officers.
The CM Arvind Kejriwal said- Today the auto people of Delhi consider me their brother.
I am probably the only Chief Minister in the history of India whom an auto driver can message directly. The Delhi government now pays the charge of auto fitness. Now you don’t need to go to RTO. All work can be done online except fitness. Everyone’s daily wage was spoiled in Corona, we deposited 5-5 thousand in the account of 1.5 lakh auto people in the first wave. Again, send money to the account of 1.80 lakh auto people, send Rs 150 crore to their account, we are the only government that did this.
Kejriwal said-
I have come here directly from the airport to talk to you, till date no Chief Minister would have come to meet the auto people. Today I have come to make a relation with you, I have come to make you a brother by hugging me. The responsibility of all your problems is mine, it is your responsibility to form the government. If our government is formed, we will first change the system. There is no need to take or give bribe, we will make the system faceless, we have come to Delhi by doing this. Calling an auto driver from Delhi if he doesn’t appreciate you, don’t vote for us.
CM Kejriwal further said- We have issued a number.
If you do not know how to work online, then call on it, from there the person will come and go to work. The best treatment would be in the disease. The bigger thing than insurance is that any disease of any citizen of Delhi may also cost 70 lakhs. The Delhi government bears it. Earlier there was no separate parking in Delhi, now 500 stands have been made for them. You will also compensate for the loss caused to people during Corona. He said- It is my responsibility to make the future of your children. I challenge that in the history of 70 years, no leader would have said that vote two schools will be made, I am saying this. Kejriwal said- In 2020, I had said in Delhi that if you have not worked, then do not vote. Once you vote for Aam Aadmi Party here, you will forget to vote for other parties.
