In Haryana, 1.2 crore citizens of 18 to 59 years will get booster dose of anti-Covid vaccine free of cost. Chief Minister Manohar Lal announced this on Monday. The state government will bear the expenditure of Rs 300 crore on this. The booster dose will start soon. The Chief Minister has appealed to the people to wear masks.

He said that giving priority to the health of the people, it has been decided to take forward the anti-Covid vaccination campaign. Eligible beneficiaries can get a booster dose of Rs.250 free of cost from any government hospital or dispensary in Haryana. The cost of the booster dose will be borne from the Covid Relief Fund.

So far, about 3,71,700 people have got booster doses done in the state.

In view of the increase in cases of corona infection, wash hands frequently, follow other precautions. Following the guidelines is the biggest weapon in the fight against Corona. Vaccination is another weapon to fight the pandemic. Every person in the state will be ensured to avoid excessive infection of Covid. So far in the state, more than 2 crore 33 lakh people have received the first dose of anti-covid vaccine and about one crore 88 lakh have received both doses of covid vaccine. So far, about 3,71,700 people have got booster doses done in the state.

417 new corona cases, active cases reached 1757.

Corona cases have started knocking rapidly in Haryana. On Sunday, 417 new cases have been found in the state. Now the total number of active cases has increased to 1757. It is a matter of relief that out of these 1729 patients are taking treatment at home, while the remaining patients are admitted in hospitals. The infection rate in the state has also increased to 4.24 percent.

The recovery rate is 98.25 and the death rate is running at 1.07 percent. According to the bulletin, if we talk about new cases, 331 patients have been found in Gurugram, 72 in Faridabad, five in Hisar, four in Sonipat, four in Rohtak, one each in Kurukshetra, Rewari, Kaithal. Not a single new case has been reported in the remaining 15 districts.
