According to a report by the news agency PTI, China’s share in India’s total imports is around 14 percent. India mainly imports mobile phones, telecom, power, plastic toys and pharma ingredients from China.
China mainly electronic equipment, watches, toys, sports items from China. It also imports furniture, musical instruments, mattresses, electrical goods, furniture, fertilizers, iron and steel goods, metals and mineral oils.

- Nuclear reactors, boilers and machinery 13.32 billion dollars.
- Organic chemicals $ 7.97 billion dollars.
- Plastics and Articles $ 2.71 billion dollars.
- Fertilizer $ 1.82 billion dollars.
- Iron, steel articles $ 1.58 billion dollars.
- Items like medical, optical, photography, $ 1.34 billion dollars.
- Miscellaneous Chemical Products $ 1.2 billion.
A report by the country’s largest bank SBI said that data on services and merchandise trade exports indicate that India could definitely compete with China on the services front. This report states that India exports telecommunications, Computers and information services on a much greater scale than China.

SBI Group Chief Economist Soumya Kanti Ghosh said in the report. After China’s 59 apps were banned for security reasons. Indian tech companies have the opportunity to develop apps to bump those apps.
