Coronavirus sum in lockdown between infection could prove beneficial for you. Not only India, now even a country like America has started accepting it. A well-known Indian American cardiologist in the US says that due to the lockdown implemented due to coronavirus infection, yoga may prove beneficial for people living in homes as it helps to increase immunity. 

Indranil Basu Ray, a cardiologist who is offering this advice to Americans at the Memphis Veteran Hospital in Tennessee, has written guidelines on the role of meditation in heart diseases by the American Heart Association. Ray said, ‘Most people in this country feel that yoga is only related to postures which are not right. The major part of yoga is meditation and breathing techniques which reduce stress. He said that people are a force to live in their homes due to the COVID-19 global epidemic. This situation has caused panic and depression in people.

Modi has also given yoga to Indians

Let us tell you that this Monday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi shared animated videos of yoga from his Twitter account. Also advised to do this to stay fit between lockdowns. During the Mann Ki Baat program, when a person asked how to maintain fitness properly, the Prime Minister told the secret of his fitness to yoga.
